E-1 Il n’y a pas deux Saint-Esprits; le même Saint-Esprit qui conduisit Siméon ce matin-là vers le Christ vous a conduits ici ce soir parce que vous croyez la promesse du Saint-Esprit; et Il a la même obligation envers vous qu’envers Siméon. La même. Parce qu’Il est Dieu et qu’Il doit tenir Sa Parole.
Je peux me représenter Siméon: il désirait ardemment voir le Christ. Il croyait ce que la Parole de Dieu lui disait. Peu importe ce que les critiques disaient, il croyait la Parole de Dieu. Il y avait dans son coeur un désir ardent de voir le Christ et il croyait qu’il Le verrait. Comme David disait: “Quand un abîme appelle un autre abîme”.
Beaucoup parmi vous croient en la guérison divine. Y croyez-vous? Croyez-vous en la guérison divine? La raison même qui vous fait croire en la guérison divine prouve qu’il y a une guérison divine.
| E-1 ... that morning to the Christ has led you here tonight, 'cause you believe the promise of the Holy Spirit. And He's just as obligated to you as He was to Simeon, the same, because He's God, and He has to keep His Word.
Then I can see Simeon, he craved; he desired to see the Christ. He believed what the Word of God had said to him. No matter what the critics said, he believed the Word of God. There was a yearning in his heart to see the Christ, and he believed he would. As David said, "When the deep calleth to the deep." Many of you in here believes in Divine healing, do you? Do you believe in Divine healing? The very reason that you believe in Divine healing proves there is a Divine healing.

E-2 Lorsque nous arrivâmes en Amérique, nous trouvâmes l’Indien d’Amérique. Il adorait quelque chose: le soleil, la lune et la nature, parce qu’en lui-même il est un être humain; il savait qu’il avait un Créateur, car il y avait quelque chose dans son coeur humain qui faisait appel à l’adoration. C’est la même chose pour chaque mortel. Vous pouvez adorer votre automobile, votre travail, votre maison ou autre chose. Vous allez adorer quelque chose. Alors, si c’est une idole, séparez-vous en et laissez Jésus-Christ avoir la première place. Laissez-Le être le premier.
| E-2 When we come to America, we found the American Indian. He was worshipping something, the sun, the moon, and nature; because in him he's a human being, and he knows he had a Maker. So there was something within his human heart called out to worship. It is to every mortal. You might worship your automobile, your job, your house, or something; you'll worship something. So if there's any idol, take it out and let Jesus Christ have first place. Let Him be first of all.

E-3 Alors, la faim sera apaisée comme disait David: “Un abîme appelle un autre abîme, à la voix de tes cataractes”.
La profondeur appelle la profondeur. C’est-à-dire que s’il y a une profondeur qui appelle, il doit y avoir une profondeur pour répondre à cet appel. Peut-être devrais-je mieux me faire comprendre. Voilà. Je suis un grand amoureux de la nature. En allant dans les bois, j’observe les couchers du soleil. J’entends les animaux, les cris de la nature. Ma mère est à demi Indienne, c’est pourquoi il y a quelque chose dans mon sang qui fait que j’aime la nature. Quand j’entends l’appel de la nature, il y a quelque chose qui embrase mon âme. Je ne puis l’éviter.
| E-3 Then the hunger, deep... As David said, "When the deep calleth to the deep, at the noise of thy waterspouts."...
Now, the deep calling to the deep... For instance this, if there is a deep in here calling, there has to be a deep to respond to that call. Maybe I'll make myself clear as this. I'm a great lover of nature; and going into the woods, I watch the sunset. I hear the animals, scream of the wild. My mother's a half Indian. So it's--there's something about it--in my blood that I--I love nature. And when I hear the call from the wild, there's something sets my soul afire. I can't help it.

E-4 Récemment, j’étais dans le Colorado. Je me trouvais sur une montagne et j’observais une vieille maman aigle; comment, du nid, elle transportait ses petits sur ses ailes et les déposait dans un gras pâturage. Ensuite, elle regagna les cimes et se posa sur la plus haute pointe du plus haut rocher qu’elle pût trouver. Elle commença à observer. Je regardais à travers mes jumelles (mon cheval était attaché à un arbre) et j’observais. Je dis: «Seigneur, j’aime cela».
Il me semblait que je pouvais sentir…
| E-4 Here recently I was up in Colorado, and I was standing upon a mountain, and I was watching an old mother eagle as she brought her little ones from the nest and--on her wings, and set them down in a grassy pasture. And then she flew back up to the top, very peak of the highest rock she could get to, and she set down. She begin to watch.
Well, I was watching through my binoculars; my horse was hitched to a tree; and I was watching. And I said, "Lord, I... [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.] like this." And it seemed to me that I... [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.]

E-5 si jamais vous avez été près d’un nid d’aigles. Ils le font avec des bouts de bois pointus et d’autres choses, et les pauvres petits aigles doivent marcher sur ces branches et sur ces épines. Ils ne connaissent rien d’autre. Mais un jour, leur mère étendit ses ailes, ils grimpèrent dessus et elle s’envola. Maintenant je regardais ces petits qui venaient d’avoir un réveil de Pentecôte. Ils couraient de-ci de-là sur cette herbe douce, picotant ici, gazouillant là, sautant l’un par-dessus l’autre, en parfaite liberté.
| E-5 ...Smells. If you was ever around an eagles nest. And they make it out of sharp sticks and things. And them poor little eagles was just walking on those sticks and thorns, they never knowed nothing else. But one day the mother spread forth her wings, and they stepped on the wings and went down. Now, I looked at those little fellows, and they were just having a--a Pentecostal revival. They were just running around on that soft grass, just picking here, and chirping to one another, and jumping over each other, just as free as they could be.

E-6 Je pensai: «C’est juste! C’est comme un homme dans le vieux nid du monde. Il ne sait rien excepté ce que le diable peut lui donner. Mais un jour, Dieu l’a pris et l’a assis à l’ombre, dans un vert pâturage. Oh, comme il est heureux! Il est libre. Il n’y a plus ni mal, ni rien». Je pensai: «Mais pourquoi ces petits animaux ne sont-ils pas effrayés? Je me demande s’ils savent qu’il y a des coyotes autour d’eux qui pourraient les attraper?».
Mais à chaque instant, ils regardaient en haut et ils voyaient leur vieille maman qui les surveillait. Je pensai: «Oh, que Dieu soit loué! c’est juste: Il m’a sorti du nid du monde et Il a escaladé les remparts de la gloire; Il S’est assis sur la hauteur, surveillant Son héritage pour S’assurer qu’aucun mal ne lui arrive». Je pensai que si un coyote venait à se diriger vers l’un de ces petits aigles, elle le grifferait jusqu’à ce qu’il meure. Je pensai: «C’est vrai. Si Satan venait à poursuivre un croyant, il se retrouverait en face de Jésus-Christ». C’est tout à fait vrai!
Tout en observant, elle tournait sa belle tête majestueuse. Elle s’était perchée sur le plus haut rocher qu’elle pût trouver afin de tout voir. Ses yeux d’aigle perçants observaient; au bout d’un moment, à travers mes jumelles grossissant dix fois, je la vis lever la tête et regarder autour d’elle. Elle huma l’air. Je pensai: «Qu’est-ce que c’est?».
| E-6 I thought, "Well, that's right." Now, there is like a man in the old nest of the world, knows nothing but that--what the devil can give him. But one day God picks him up and sets him down in a shady green pastures. Oh, how he rejoices; he's free; there's nothing, no harm. I thought, "Well, why ain't those little fellows afraid? Wonder if they realize there's coyotes around that would pick them up?" But every once in a while they would look up. And the old mother was setting up there watching them.
I thought, "Well, praise be to God; that's right. He taken me out of the nest of the world and He climbed the ramparts of glory, setting on high watching over His heritage to see that no harms comes." I thought, "If a coyote would start towards one of those little eagles, she'd flog him to death." I thought, "That's right. Let Satan take after a believer and he's got Jesus Christ on his hands." That's right. Let him take...
After while... She was watching, her great majestic head looking around. She was on the highest rock that she could find, 'cause she could see everywhere, her sharp eagle eyes watching. And after while I seen her raise her head. Through my ten power binoculars I seen her raise her head and look around; she flew from there. I thought, "What is it?"

E-7 Venant du nord, un orage s’approchait. Le tonnerre grondait. Elle poussa un cri perçant et s’élança dans le vide. Puis elle projeta en avant ses grandes ailes et se posa dans la prairie. Alors, les petits aigles sautèrent rapidement sur son dos. Peut-être avaient-ils été instruits avant de quitter le nid. Ils s’accrochèrent avec leur petit bec dans ses plumes, se blottirent contre leur mère, le bec enfoui dans les plumes, et elle s’envola avec les petits aigles sur ses ailes; puis elle vola droit dans ce vent qui soufflait à quelque quatre-vingt kilomètres à l’heure pour aller se poser dans une fissure du rocher.
Je pleurais comme un enfant. Je pensai: «Un jour glorieux, lorsque ce réveil sera fini, Il viendra de la gloire, Il étendra Ses grandes ailes puissantes! Les petits aigles s’accrocheront avec leur bec dans Ses plumes et s’envoleront dans la gloire avec Lui.
| E-7 Way back in the north, a Northerner started; the thunder roared. She let out a scream and down through there she went, throwed forth those big wings right out on that grassy prairie. And every one of those little eagles ran over real quick; they were instructed, perhaps, before leaving the nest. They caught their little feet right in the feathers, throwed their little mouth down, little bill hooked around a feather. And she raised with that bunch of eagles on her wings, and went just as straight, piercing that wind, blowing nearly fifty miles an hour then, right into the cleft of the rock.
I cried like a baby. I thought, "Some glorious day, when this revival's over, He will come from glory, spread forth His great wings of power, and the little eagles will hook their bills in there, and fly away into glory with Him."

E-8 La profondeur appelant la profondeur!».
Si la profondeur appelle, il y a une autre profondeur pour répondre. En d’autres termes, avant qu’un arbre pût croître sur la terre, il devait d’abord y avoir une terre; Dieu n’a jamais fait l’arbre pour la terre, mais la terre pour l’arbre. Il créa la terre et lui commanda de produire l’arbre, et la terre réclama jusqu’à ce que l’arbre sortît. Avant qu’il y eût une nageoire sur le dos d’un poisson, il n’y avait point d’eau pour qu’il pût y nager. La raison pour laquelle il reçut une nageoire est qu’il y avait de l’eau pour qu’il pût y nager et l’utiliser. Tout ce que nous avons existe pour un but et pour une raison.
Ici, il y a quelque temps, j’ai lu qu’un petit garçon mangeait des gommes à effacer. Il mangeait tout le caoutchouc qu’il pouvait trouver. Il a même mangé la pédale d’une bicyclette. On ignorait ce qui n’allait pas chez ce petit enfant. Alors, on l’emmena à l’hôpital pour un examen médical, et après qu’on l’eut examiné, on découvrit que son corps avait besoin de soufre. Le caoutchouc contient du soufre. Il mangeait le caoutchouc pour avoir du soufre. Alors voilà, vous comprenez, s’il y avait quelque chose en lui qui réclamait du soufre, il devait y avoir du soufre pour y répondre avant qu’il pût en réclamer. Vous voyez ce que je veux dire?
| E-8 Deep Calling To The Deep: if the deep's calling, there's a deep to respond. In other words, before there was a tree to grow on the earth, there had to be an earth to grow in first. God never made the tree for the earth, He made the earth for the tree. He made the earth and commanded the earth to bring forth a tree. And the earth was calling, so the tree come forth. Before there was a fin on a fishes back, there was no water for him to swim in. The reason he's got a fin, is because there was water for him to swim in to use it. Everything that we have is for a purpose, and for a cause.
Here some time ago I was reading where a little boy eat the erasers off of pencils. He eat all the rubber he could find. He--he even eat the pedal off of a bicycle. And they didn't know what was wrong with the little lad. So they took him down for an examination to the doctor at the clinic. And after examining, they found out his little body needed sulfur. And sulfur is in rubber. And he was eating the rubber to get the sulfur.
Now, here it is; get it. There had... If there was something inside there calling for sulfur, there had to be a sulfur to respond to it before it could call. See what I mean?

E-9 Maintenant, quand l’abîme appelle l’abîme… Avant qu’il pût y avoir un appel de la profondeur, il devait y avoir une profondeur pour y répondre. Vous étiez probablement tous des pécheurs il y a quelques années. Peut-être étiez-vous dans quelque église traditionnelle qui ne croyait pas au baptême du Saint-Esprit. Mais vous avez entendu le message! Il y avait quelque chose en vous qui réclamait davantage de Dieu. Vous pouviez avoir vécu d’une façon correcte devant Dieu, mais vous vouliez le baptême de l’Esprit, vous le désiriez ardemment. La raison même pour laquelle il y a un Saint-Esprit est que vous le désirez; vous ne l’auriez jamais désiré s’il n’y avait pas eu en vous quelque chose qui Le réclamait. Vous voyez ce que je veux dire?
Alors, la raison pour laquelle vous êtes ici ce soir est que vous croyez en la guérison divine. S’il n’en était même pas parlé dans la Bible et que vous croyiez en la guérison divine… il devait y avoir une fontaine ouverte quelque part, ou vous n’en auriez jamais eu le désir. Si vous avez le désir d’être guéri par Dieu, il y a un Dieu pour vous guérir. C’est vrai! Parce que la profondeur appelle la profondeur.
| E-9 Now, before there--when the deep calls to the deep, before there can be a deep call, there has to be a deep to respond to it. And then as sure...
As you people a few years ago, who probably was sinners, maybe you were in some formal church that did not believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, but you heard the message. There was something in there called out for more of God. You might've been living in a justified state before God, but you wanted the baptism of the Spirit, and you hungered for It. Now, the very reason that there is a Holy Spirit is because you were hungering for It. You would never hunger for It unless there was something in here to call for It out there. See what I mean?
And then the very reason that you're here tonight, you believe in Divine healing. And if there wasn't even taught in the Bible, if you group of people believed in Divine healing, there has to be a fountain open somewhere, or you'd never have the desire for it. If you've got the desire to be healed by God, there's a God to heal you. That's right. For the deep calls to the deep.

E-10 Ce fut pareil avec Siméon. Il savait qu’un Christ devait venir, il savait que Dieu lui avait promis qu’il Le verrait avant de mourir.
Regardez comment fut conduit Siméon; n’est-ce pas étrange? Au moment où Jésus entra en scène, Siméon fut conduit par le Saint-Esprit directement à Christ, par le Saint-Esprit qui lui avait donné la promesse!
Et le Saint-Esprit qui donne la promesse de la guérison divine vous a conduits ici ce soir, directement vers la fontaine qui est ouverte ce soir pour qui le désire, à ce moment précis! C’est le même Saint-Esprit qui vous conduit et qui conduit les fils de Dieu qui croient la promesse de Dieu. Voyez-vous ce que je veux dire? Chacun d’entre vous, fils et filles de Dieu, êtes conduit ici parce que vous croyez la promesse de Dieu. Oh, quand j’y pense!
| E-10 That's the way it was with Simeon, he knew that there was coming a Christ. And he knew that God promised him that he would see Him before he died. Now, notice. Then as Simeon was led... Isn't it strange, just when Jesus came on the scene, Simeon was led by the Holy Spirit right to Christ by the Holy Spirit Who gave the promise. And the Holy Spirit Who give the promise of Divine healing has led you here tonight right to the fountain where it's open tonight for whosoever will right now, right in... The same Holy Spirit leading, leading sons of God who believe the promise of God, you see what I mean? Everyone of you sons and daughters of God is led here because you believe God's promise. Oh, when I think of it...

E-11 Alors je pense à cette vieille femme qui se tenait dans un coin. On nous enseigne qu’elle était aveugle et qu’elle s’appelait Anne. Elle était une prophétesse et attendait la venue du Seigneur. Dieu était obligé de lui montrer le Christ. Alors, le Saint-Esprit anima Anne, et je peux voir cette vieille prophétesse aveugle marchant à travers ce bâtiment ce matin-là — aveugle, mais conduite par le Saint-Esprit, se frayant un passage à travers les gens, passant près de cette lignée de femmes, puis s’arrêtant exactement devant la fontaine où le Saint-Esprit l’avait conduite.
| E-11 Then I think way over in the corner was an old woman. We're taught that she was blind; her name was Anna. She was a prophetess, waiting for the coming of the Lord. God's under obligation to show her the Christ.
And the Holy Spirit moved upon Ann. And I can see that old blind prophetess that morning coming along through that building, blind, led by the Holy Spirit, moving along the--all along those people. Come down along that line of women and stop right in front of the fountain, for she was led by the Holy Spirit.

E-12 Oui, Il est ici ce soir. Il est ressuscité des morts. Il vous donne la promesse. Le Saint-Esprit vous a réunis. Si vous n’étiez pas ici, ce soir, si le Saint-Esprit ne vous avait pas conduits ici, vous seriez dehors quelque part dans le monde. Mais vous êtes assis ici dans cette salle très chaude et vous vous éventez. Pour quoi? — parce que vous vous attendez à voir Jésus-Christ entrer en scène et confirmer Sa gloire.

| E-12 Yes, He's here tonight. He is risen from the dead. He's given you the promise; the Holy Spirit's drawed you together. If you wasn't here tonight... If the Holy Spirit hadn't brought you here and you'd be out somewhere in the world. But you're setting here in this hot building, fanning, because why? You're expecting to see Jesus Christ come on the scene and confirm His Word: expectations.

E-13 Si vous venez ici seulement pour trouver quelque chose à critiquer, le diable vous montrera certainement beaucoup de choses à critiquer. Il le fera! Vous obtenez ce que vous cherchez. Certains disent: «Eh bien, si je ne la reçois pas dans la ligne de prière, si je ne vois pas quelque chose comme cela, je croirai néanmoins». Vous obtiendrez ce que vous attendez.
Je m’attends à voir ce soir le Saint-Esprit venir et Se manifester Lui-même en puissance, déversant Sa gloire sur cette salle; alors vous recevrez le baptême du Saint-Esprit, les pécheurs pleureront en pensant au Calvaire, les malades seront guéris et il y aura toutes sortes de signes et de miracles, parce que Jésus-Christ l’a promis. Et je crois en Sa promesse!
| E-13 If you expect to come just to find something to criticize, the devil will sure show you plenty to criticize. He certainly will. You get what you expect. Some of them say, "Well now, if I... If I don't get it from the prayer line... If I see something like this then I'll believe." You'll get what you expect.
I'm expecting tonight to see the Holy Spirit come and manifest Hisself in power, pour out His glory upon this building here, many receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, sinners weep their way to Calvary, sick be healed, all manners of signs and wonders because Jesus Christ has promised it. And I believe His promise.

E-14 Prions.
Père céleste, Ta Parole étant la Vérité, confirme-La par des signes et des miracles de Jésus ressuscité. Nous savons que lorsqu’Il était sur la terre, Il ne prétendait pas être une personne importante. Il affirmait seulement que Tu lui montrais par des visions ce qu’Il devait faire. Il connaissait les pensées des gens et leur situation. Il sut qu’une femme ayant une perte de sang avait touché Son vêtement. Elle était là, debout, et elle vit qu’elle ne pouvait pas se cacher parce que Jésus la regardait. Il savait. Il dit: «Ta foi t’a sauvée». Père, nous savons qu’Il est ici ce soir parce qu’Il l’a promis. Et tandis que notre confiance est ancrée en Lui dans Sa Parole, nous sommes sûrs de L’avoir vu dans la manifestation de Sa glorieuse résurrection ici sur la terre, agissant parmi Son peuple dans Son église.
Seigneur, laisse-nous être aujourd’hui les lumières de cet âge. Lorsque le grand drame est placé à la fin de la route, que chacun d’entre nous vient devant Toi, que le grand écran est retiré et que nos vies dans cette génération sont dévoilées devant nous, ô Dieu! laisse-moi entendre ma voix criant contre l’iniquité et demandant aux gens de croire en Jésus Ton Fils.
| E-14 Shall we pray. Heavenly Father, as Thy Word is Truth, confirm Thy Word with signs and wonders of the resurrected Jesus. We know that when He was on earth, He didn't claim to be a great person, He only claimed that You showed Him visions what to do. He knew the thoughts of the people, their conditions. He knew when the woman had the blood issue and touched His garment. She was standing out there, and she seen she could not be hid, for Jesus was looking right at her. He knew. He said, "Thy faith has saved thee."
And, Father, we know that He is here tonight because He promised to be. And our confidence is anchored in Him, in His Word. We're sure we have seen Him in the manifestation of His great resurrection here on earth, working among His people in His Church. And, Lord, let us be today the light givers of this age, that when the great drama is set at the end of the road, and each one of us comes up before You, and the great screen is pulled out, and our lives of this generation is brought back before us, God, let me hear my voice screaming against unrighteousness and calling to people to believe on Jesus, Thy Son.

E-15 Ce soir, bénis ces gens devant supporter cette chaleur. Et je prie que Tu leur donnes une bénédiction spéciale. Que les puissances apaisantes du Saint-Esprit détachent leurs pensées de cela.
Seigneur, sanctifie maintenant Ton serviteur pour cette réunion. Je suis debout ici, réalisant que les yeux regarderont dans cette direction. Et je demande, Père, l’humilité; que Tu veuilles faire connaître Ta grande et glorieuse puissance à chacun; et si Ton indigne serviteur a trouvé grâce à Tes yeux ce soir, prends cette indigne personne, ôte le moi et entre, Seigneur Jésus, et parle à Ton peuple.
| E-15 Bless the people here tonight; they're sitting... in this heat, and I pray God, that You'll give them a special blessing. May the soothing powers of the Holy Spirit take away all the thoughts of this. And, Lord, sanctify Thy servant just now for the service coming on. Standing here, realizing that eyes will be turned this a way, and I pray, Father, in humility, that You will let Your great glorious power be known to everyone. And if Thy unworthy servant has found grace in Thy sight for tonight, may You take this unworthy person, move the being out, and come in, Lord Jesus, and speak to Your people.

E-16 Et quand la vie sera arrêtée sur la terre et que la dernière prière aura été prononcée, les batailles terminées, les fumées dissipées, les armes déposées, les Bibles fermées, nous monterons dans Ta maison, à l’aube d’un grand matin éternel, lumineux et beau. “Quand les élus seront rassemblés dans leur maison, au-delà des cieux…”, comme dit le poète. Seigneur, lorsque nous verrons cette grande table dressée pour le souper, longue de milliers de kilomètres, nous regardant l’un l’autre par-dessus la table, anciens combattants couverts de cicatrices, des larmes de joie coulant sur nos joues, le Roi Se présentant dans Sa beauté et Sa Sainteté, marchant le long de la table et essuyant de Ses mains les larmes de leurs yeux et disant: “Ne pleurez plus. C’est terminé! Entrez dans l’allégresse du Seigneur!”, les peines de la route seront alors oubliées, Père, lorsque nous arriverons au bout du chemin. Aide-nous ce soir, Seigneur, à oublier ces choses qui sont du passé. Courons vers le but de la vocation céleste. Que Ton Esprit vienne et manifeste Ton Fils Jésus-Christ à ces gens, parce que moi, je ne suis qu’un mortel qui essaie de leur dire que Tu es le même hier, aujourd’hui et éternellement. Nous Te le demandons au Nom de Jésus, Ton Fils bien-aimé. Amen.
| E-16 And when life is all over here on earth, the last prayer has been prayed, the battles are all done, smoke's dried up, gone away, arms is stacked, the Bible's closed, and we come up to Your house... That great morning, breaks eternal bright and fair, when the chosen ones shall gather to their home beyond the skies, as the poet said... Lord, as we see that great table stretched out there for that supper, thousands of miles long, looking across the table to each other, battle scarred veterans, tears of joy running down our cheeks... The King come out in His beauty, holiness, walk down along the table and take His own hands and wipe the tears from our eyes, saying, "Don't cry no more, it's all over. Enter into the joys of the Lord." The toils of the road will seem nothing then, Father, when we get to the end of the way.
And help us tonight, Lord, to--forgetting those things which are in the past, let us press the mark of the high calling now. And may Your Spirit come and manifest Your Son, Jesus Christ, to these people, as I have try, as a mortal, to tell them of You being the same yesterday, today, and forever. For we ask it in Jesus' Name, Thy beloved Child. Amen.

E-17 Que le Seigneur vous bénisse! Ce soir, juste avant la prière pour les malades… excusez-moi de me conduire comme un enfant, mais il y a quelque chose qui fait battre mon coeur quand je parle de Lui!
Je me souviens quand pour la première fois des pasteurs me dirent, lorsqu’ils virent que j’avais des visions depuis mon enfance: «Billy, ne te laisse pas entraîner par cela! C’est du diable!». Etant informé de cela par des ecclésiastiques, je crus en partie que les visions pourraient être démoniaques et, quand Il vint vers moi cette nuit-là et me dit Qui Il était …Oh, je sais qu’Il est ici maintenant! Et je sais quand Il est présent, et je sais que je L’aime.
Je pensai: «Comment puis-je être un démon et aimer le Seigneur Jésus comme je L’aime? Comment mon coeur peut-il saigner pour Lui quand Dieu connaît mon coeur?». Alors Il vint et me parla différemment, et je crois en Lui parce que ce qu’Il dit correspond à la Parole de Dieu; mais ce que les autres disent ne correspond pas. Parce que nous vivons dans ces jours-là.

Seeing, since a little baby visions would come. They said, "Billy, don't you never go to that"; said, "that's the devil." Being taught that by clergymen, I half-way believed that the visions would be of the wrong... Then when He come to me that night and told me who He was... Oh, my.
And I know that He's here right now. And I know His Presence, and I know I love Him. I thought, "How could I be a devil and love the Lord Jesus the way I do. How--how could my heart bleed for Him, and He knows my heart." And He came and told me different. I believe Him, because it compares with God's Word, and their word does not compare with God's Word, for we're living in this day.

Et les gens qui sont là …ce n’est pas moi, chrétiens. Non! Je ne suis qu’un homme, le premier des pécheurs, mais je suis né hors du péché pour vous, gens du Plein Evangile. Exactement! Par grâce, par la grâce de Dieu! Il me permet de vous appeler mes frères et soeurs, et je vous aime. Je ne suis pas ici ce soir pour être vu ou entendu. Je ne suis pas ici pour une raison financière. Vous le savez. Je suis ici à cause d’une chose: parce que j’aime Jésus et que je vous aime; et je crois que d’avoir été invité ici, si seulement je pouvais me soumettre à Lui, Il ferait quelque chose au travers de moi qui vous ferait L’aimer davantage, croire en Lui et être guéri par Lui. C’est la seule raison que j’aie d’être ici.

And I--I'm not here tonight to be seen or heard. I'm not here because of finance, that I... You know that. So I'm here for one thing, because I love Jesus and I love you. And I believe that by coming by this invitation, maybe I could submit myself to Him, and He would do something through me that would make you love Him more, and believe Him and be healed. E-23 Vous trouvez bien des fois que des gens sont guéris. Une grosseur est un démon. Chaque maladie vient du diable. Dieu ne met pas la maladie sur Ses enfants; c’est le diable qui le fait. Et si Satan chasse Satan… Vous dites: «Le diable guérit aussi!». Mais Jésus dit qu’il ne le peut pas! Il dit: «Si Satan chasse Satan, son royaume est divisé». Ainsi, il ne peut le faire. Dieu seul peut guérir.
La médecine… les médecins ne prétendent pas guérir. Les frères Mayo font partie des plus hautes sommités du monde médical. Ils disent: «Nous ne prétendons pas guérir, nous prétendons seulement assister la nature. Il n’y a qu’un guérisseur, c’est Dieu». Ils peuvent suturer une plaie dans votre main, mais ils ne peuvent pas la guérir. Ils ne peuvent que la suturer.
Un dentiste peut arracher une dent, mais qui va guérir l’endroit? Ou encore: le médecin peut enlever un appendice, mais qui va en guérir l’endroit? C’est Dieu! La médecine ne peut pas fabriquer des tissus. La médecine n’est qu’une aide. Dieu est le Guérisseur. Le médecin peut remettre votre bras en place, mais lorsqu’il l’a fait, vous n’en sortez pas guéri. Le médecin fait sa part, ce qu’on lui a enseigné et ce qu’il sait. Il remettra votre bras en place, mais il laisse Dieu le guérir. C’est juste. Toute guérison vient de Dieu.
Alors maintenant, croyez en Lui;
| E-23 Many times when people are healed... A growth is a--is a demon; every sickness is of the devil. God would--don't put sickness on His children; the devil does that. See? And if Satan cast out Satan? You say, "Why, the devil heals too." Well, Jesus said he couldn't. He said, "If Satan casts out Satan, his kingdom's divided." So he can't. Only God can heal.
Medicine and doctors do not claim to heal. Mayo Brothers is one of our best authorities. They said, "We do not claim to heal"; said, "we only claim to assist nature. There's only one Healer; that's God." They can sew a place up in your hand, but they can't heal it. They can only sew it up. A dentist can pull a tooth, but who's going to heal the place? A doctor can take appendix out, but who's going to heal the place he cut? God does. Medicine doesn't grow tissue; medicine's only a aid. God is the Healer. A doctor can set your arm; but when he comes and sets your arm, and you don't go out and you're not well... The doctor does his part, what he's taught to do, and knowledge to do. He sets your arm, but he leaves it for God to heal. That's right. All healing is of God. So now, you just believe Him.

E-24 et quelquefois, la vie sort de ces grosseurs: c’est le démon. Alors, ces grosseurs meurent. Si la vie sort de vous, bien sûr vous allez mourir! La vie s’en va de vous, mais le corps est toujours là; il se contracte. S’il y a ici un entrepreneur de pompes funèbres, il sait que le corps humain ou toute autre chair se contracte lorsque la vie est partie. Observez un petit animal quand il se fait tuer sur la route. Ou l’un de vous, chasseurs, si vous tuez un animal, ou le boucher un boeuf, et que vous le mettiez sur la balance et le pesiez maintenant… tuez-le et pesez-le, et ensuite le lendemain pesez-le de nouveau et voyez combien de kilos il a en moins. Ensuite, laissez-le deux ou trois jours, et vous constaterez combien il est lourd.
| E-24 And sometimes when those growths, the life go out of them, that's a demon. Well then, those growths die. If the life went out of you, 'course you would die. Your life would go from you, but the body's still there; it shrinks. If there's an undertaker here, knows that the human body, any bo... Any flesh shrinks when the life is gone. Watch a little animal when it's--when it's killed on the road. It'll weigh... Or some of you hunters here; if you kill an animal--beef, or a butcher, and you lay it on the scale and weigh it now... Just kill it and weigh it. Then in the morning weigh it again and see how many pounds lighter it is. And then let it lay there for two or three days and then see how many pounds heavier it is.

E-25 Pour ce qui est d’une grosseur, quand elle meurt, le démon sort d’elle comme pour une tumeur, un cancer, une cataracte, etc. Quand le démon quitte cette chose qui est un corps vivant… Chaque personne ici provient d’un petit germe; les cellules commencent à se développer et ces cellules-là vont dans celles-ci, selon la nature de la vie qui était en elles et qui fait l’homme. La cellule qui est dans le chien fait le chien. Pour l’oiseau, c’est l’oiseau. Chacune selon sa nature, chaque fois. Mais un démon est une grosseur (il n’est d’ailleurs pas obligé de venir dans des grosseurs); il commence à développer des cellules. Par exemple, le cancer. Il commence à développer des cellules, et il devient de plus en plus gros. Maintenant, il a la vie, une existence, la même chose que vous qui viviez et vous développiez dans le ventre de votre mère. La même chose. Vous vous êtes développé.
Mais cette vie n’est pas votre vie. C’est une vie différente. Vous avez reçu la vie pour vivre, mais cela, c’est une vie de mort; ou plutôt, un esprit de mort. Pardonnez-moi, mais c’est la mort. Cela ne vous appartient pas. Auparavant, ce n’était pas là; mais maintenant, si.
| E-25 Well now, a growth, when it dies, the demon goes out of the growth, like tumor, cancer, or cataract, so forth. When the demon goes out of it, which is a life...
Every person here come from one little germ, and--and you begin to develop cells, and those cells come into--after the nature of the life that was in it which made man. The cell from the dog makes the dog, and the bird the bird. Every after its nature, every kind...
But now, a demon, which is a growth, or it doesn't have to come in growth, it's... starts developing cells. Say for instance, cancer. It starts to developing cells and becomes larger, larger. Well now, it's got a life, and it's a living, just the same as you was living and developing in the womb of your mother, the same thing, you're developing. But now, when that life is in your life, it's a different life. You've got life to live, and that's a life of death, or, a spirit of death, rather, pardon me. And it's death. Now, it doesn't belong in you; it wasn't in there before, but it's there now.

For instance, like cataract: if a person's got cataracts, when the spirit leaves the people say, "Oh, I can see; I can see." And the next day they can see much better. But then about after about seventy-two hours, corruption sets in, like the resurrection of Jesus.
Now, the cell didn't corrupt, He raised before the three days and nights, of course. You see, He died on Friday afternoon and raised Sunday morning. 'Cause David said, "I'll not leave His soul in hell, neither will I suffer My holy One to see corruption." Those cells begin to break in seventy-two hours.
And about... And then the patient... When that begins to swell, that growth, getting bigger, they'll... 'Course, your heart has to purify the blood stream.

E-27 Une dame est venue vers moi hier soir; une femme d’apparence très pieuse, avec un gros cancer. Elle dit qu’elle était venue dans la ligne et que cela couvrait le dessus de ses cheveux; et j’étais debout et je la regardais, et lui dis sous l’Esprit qu’elle avait un cancer dans la tête, et je lui dis qu’il allait partir. Et il est parti! Et elle l’a pris ici ce soir, je crois, dans un bocal d’alcool. Nous avons eu des milliers de cas semblables. Est-ce que cette dame est dans la salle? Voudriez-vous vous lever? Si cette dame se trouve quelque part dans la salle avec son cancer dans de l’alcool, si elle se trouve dans cette salle — s’est-elle levée? Agitez votre main ou quelque chose pour que l’on puisse vous voir. Ah, voilà la dame debout, là, avec ce cancer! Oh, je la vois encore debout, là sur la plate-forme: la tumeur devint blanche et tomba juste là, sur la plate-forme. Vous voyez,
| E-27 A lady came to me last night, a very saintly godly looking woman, with a big cancer that... She said she come in the line, and said it was all covered over with her hair. And said I stood looked at her and told her, under the Spirit, she had cancer in her head. And I said it was going to come off. And it come off, and she's got it here, I guess tonight, here in a bottle of alcohol, right here now. We've had thousands of them. Is the woman in the building, would you stand up, if the woman's anywhere in the building with that cancer in the alcohol? If she's anywhere in the building... Is she standing up? Wave your hand or something so someone will see you. Yes. There's the lady standing there with the cancer. And I seen them stand right on the platform, just turn white and drop right off on the platform. See?

E-28 c’est donc un miracle.
Généralement, lorsque la grosseur est morte, la vie sort d’elle, mais la grosseur ne peut pas se détacher: elle est à l’intérieur. Dans ce cas, bien sûr, elle va rester là pendant quelques jours et commencer à enfler, comme ici sur la chair les cellules commencent à se décomposer. Alors, vous devenez vraiment malade, avec de la fièvre. Bien sûr, c’est comme une infection. Le coeur pompe le sang et purifie le corps. Il y a un gros morceau de chair détaché dans votre corps. Le patient devient très malade, alors ils disent: «Oh, je me suis senti si bien sur l’estrade, et cela pendant un jour ou deux, mais je crois que j’ai perdu ma guérison».
| E-28 Now, that's a miracle. Usually when the growth is dead, the life goes out of it. But the growth... If it can't drop off, it's on the inside. And if it does, of course, it'll lay there for a few days and begin to swell up. Like any other flesh, the cells will begin to break. Then you get real sick with a fever. 'Course, it's an infection. Like the heart pumps the blood and purifies the body. There's a big lump of flesh laying loose in your body. The patient gets violently sick. Then you say, "Oh, I--I felt so good on--on the platform and for a day or two. But I guess I've lost my healing."

And then you start disbelieving, and just as sure as your faith taken the life away, your unbelief will bring it back again. See? It will, it'll resurrect it. Remember, Jesus said, "When they unclean spirit went out of a man, he walks in dry places. Then he returns with seven other spirits." Is that right? And the... So let the good man of the house...?...
No matter how you feel... It ain't what you feel; it's what you believe. Jesus never did say, "Did you feel it?" He said, "Did you believe it."...?... God bless you. All right.

No matter if He's standing right here by my side, visibly that you could see Him, well, if you didn't believe me, I couldn't do nothing for you. But my--my words will be just what He had said out of His Scripture; and I'll pray with all my heart that God will help you. 'Cause they'll be probably mothers and dads and so forth, in here that's--that's sick and afflicted and wounded. And I'll ask God to help you the best of my knowledge.

Kind Father, we pray in the Name of Thy Son Jesus, may the Holy Spirit come now and manifest the works of Jesus Christ to bless these people everywhere, and make them to be whole, make them well, make them healthy, happy.
And now, in order to do this, Father, Thou knowest the frailness and the--of Thy servant. And I do not know what to say or what to do. And now, I have did this all at Thy command. And I believe that You will be here tonight to bless and to help these people. And, Father, if You'll just let the Holy Spirit come to Your servant and reveal these things to us, what we should do, and how we should do them, then we will all be happy and rejoice. And this audience will believe on You with one heart and accord.
And, Father, I ask You this as Your servant; let not one feeble person leave this building tonight. May they everyone go well and healthy and rejoicing. Do it, will You, Father? I pray with grace in my heart and faith in Jesus Christ's Name. Amen.

Je prie que Dieu Se rende visible encore une fois ce soir de la même manière ici dans la capitale devant cet auditoire, si nous trouvons grâce à Ses yeux. Vous comprenez bien que cela peut apparaître à certains yeux et pas à d’autres.
Nous ne voulons pas penser cela, mais c’est bien le cas. Jean était l’un de ceux qui relatent avoir vu l’Esprit de Dieu au-dessus de Jésus. Est-ce vrai? L’auditoire ne l’a jamais dit. Les mages suivirent l’étoile. Le croyez-vous? Elle passa au-dessus des observatoires de toute la contrée, venant des confins de l’Orient. A quelques semaines ou mois près, il leur était possible d’établir le temps par les étoiles, les surveillant toute la nuit. Ils suivaient le temps, mais personne ne l’a jamais vue. Toutefois, les mages la virent parce qu’ils l’attendaient. Si vous recherchez Christ ce soir, vous Le verrez. Que le Seigneur Jésus vous bénisse!
| E-35 And now, they--you look in there, and you'll see another picture of It where It settled down, and a newspaper photographer caught that one at Camden Arkansas. But it wasn't authentic like this American Association. And they--they got it, and it was--then it became authentic.
So we--and many thousands of people... I was standing on the river here some time ago baptizing five hundred after a revival, and It come right down where I was standing. And people fainted and--just there It was. And It was just like a roaring noise, a whipping fire. I pray that God will come visible before the audience tonight in that manner here at the capital once more, if I can find favor with God...
Now, you realize, It could come to some eyes and wouldn't to others. We don't want to think that, but it does. John was one who bear record seeing the Spirit of God over Jesus. Is that right? Never said the audience... And the--the wise men followed a star. Do you believe that? And it passed over every observatory in the land, all the way from the orient, weeks and months a coming. And they set time by the stars; they watched all night long; they kept time; and no one ever saw it. But the wise men did, for they were looking for it. You be looking for Christ tonight; you'll see Him. The Lord Jesus bless you. All right then.

And you believe with the same kind of faith that that woman that touched His garment. And He turned and said, "Thy faith has saved thee."

E-37 Croyez-vous qu’Il est le même ce soir? Croyez-vous que, dans cette foule hurlante, ce pauvre petit vieil homme aveugle, assis près des murs de Jéricho, probablement éloigné comme deux fois la longueur de cette salle… croyez-vous qu’il cria et implora: “Aie pitié de moi!”? Jésus n’avait probablement pas entendu son appel, mais Il sentit sa foi. Se tournant vers l’auditoire, Il dit: “Pourquoi êtes-vous irrités dans votre coeur?”. Il dit à la femme au puits: “Va chercher ton mari”. Il dit: “Je ne puis rien faire que Mon Père ne Me l’ait montré”.
Je vous demande une chose. Si ce que j’ai dit est la vérité, si c’est la vérité, alors Dieu est lié à Sa Parole; pas à moi, mais à Sa Parole. Est-ce vrai? Il est lié à Sa Parole. Alors, Il le fera arriver, exactement de la manière qu’Il a dit vouloir le faire. Et s’Il le fait, voudriez-vous recevoir Jésus-Christ, si vous ne l’avez pas encore fait? Et vous qui êtes ici, qui pouvez voir Sa miséricorde envers les autres, Il aura pitié de vous si vous voulez seulement avoir la foi et croire. Priez seulement et dites: «Seigneur, je suis un croyant: je veux que Tu me guérisses ce soir!». Et Dieu le fera.
| E-37 Do you believe He's the same tonight? Do you believe in all that howling mob, that poor little old blind man setting down by the walls of Jericho, probably twice the distance of this building, a screaming and a hollering, "Have mercy on me."... Jesus probably had never heard his call. But He felt his faith that moved in all that bunch of critics. And He turned and said, "Thy faith has saved thee."
He turned to the audience and said to them, "Why are you reasoning in your heart?" Said to the woman at the well, "Go get your husband." And He said, "I can do nothing except the Father shows Me." [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.]
I'll ask you something. If what I have said is the truth, if it is the truth, then God's obligated to His Word, not to me, but to His Word. Is that right? He's obligated to His Word. And then if He will bring that to pass just exactly the way He said He would do it. And if He does do it, will all of you then in here, if you haven't received Jesus Christ, would you be willing to do it?
And you that's here that can see His mercy to others to heal you, will have mercy to you if you'll just have faith and believe. Just pray and say, "Lord, I--I'm a believer, and I want You to heal me tonight." And God will do it.

E-38 Nous venons de quitter l’Afrique où je dois retourner ces prochaines semaines, en Afrique, en Inde, en Palestine, en Allemagne pour le ministère. A Durban, en Afrique du Sud, après que trois ou quatre personnes eurent passé par la ligne de prière et qu’ils virent la puissance du Saint-Esprit touchant les gens, voyant ce que Dieu faisait, trente mille acceptèrent Jésus comme Sauveur personnel après un seul appel. Trente mille d’une fois! Ainsi, je crois que nous prendrons la Parole de Dieu pour règle et que nous irons dans le monde entier prêcher l’Evangile. L’Evangile ne vint pas seulement par des paroles, mais par la puissance et la démonstration du Saint-Esprit. Ainsi l’Evangile démontre la puissance du Saint-Esprit.
| E-38 We have just left Africa recently, where I'm to return again in the next few weeks: Africa, India, Palestine, Germany and... [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.] a ministry. And at Durban, South Africa, after about three or four people had passed through the prayer line, and they seen the power of the Holy Spirit moving in the people, and seen what God was doing, thirty thousand accepted Jesus as personal Saviour in one altar call: thirty thousand at one time.
So I believe if we'll take God's Word as a rule, and go into all the world and preach the Gospel... The Gospel came not in Word only, but through power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit. So the--the Gospel is demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit.

E-39 Dans des pays où je suis allé, ils disent: «Nous ne voulons pas de missionnaires. Nous en savons plus que vous à ce sujet. Mais la chose que nous voulons voir, c’est quelqu’un qui ait assez de foi pour rendre manifeste la Parole de Dieu». C’est ce qu’ils veulent voir. Et c’est comme cela qu’ils se convertissent. C’est comme cela qu’ils trouvent Christ: parce qu’ils croient de cette manière-là. Je fais confiance à Dieu de tout mon coeur de ce qu’il y en aura beaucoup ici ce soir qui trouveront Christ, le même à leur coeur. Que le Seigneur Jésus de Nazareth bénisse chacun de vous: c’est là ma prière.
| E-39 I've went into nations; they'd say, "Now, we don't want missionaries. We know more about it than you do. But the thing we want to see is somebody that's got faith enough to make God's Word manifest." That's what they want to see. And that's how they get converted. That's how they find Christ, is because they--they believe in that manner. And I trust to God with all my heart, that there'll be many, many here tonight who will find Christ the same to their hearts. May the Lord Jesus of Nazareth bless each and every one of you, is my prayer.

E-40 D’accord? Ce n’est jamais l’homme qui cherche Dieu, mais c’est Dieu qui cherche l’homme. Jamais aucun homme n’a cherché Dieu dans le monde entier. Dieu cherche l’homme. Quand pour la première fois l’homme chuta dans le jardin d’Eden, cela montra les dispositions naturelles de l’homme. L’homme se cacha. Dieu poursuivait l’homme. Jésus dit: «Aucun homme ne peut venir à Moi si Mon Père ne l’attire». Il doit être premièrement attiré par le Père.
J’aimerais vous expliquer quelque chose concernant une vision; combien de personnes ici ont-elles jamais rêvé? Levez la main. Eh bien, ce sont les deux-tiers d’entre vous, je crois. Il est vrai que beaucoup de gens ne rêvent pas. C’est de votre subconscient que nous parlons. Ici se trouve votre première conscience; là se trouve votre subconscient. C’est sur ce subconscient que j’essaie d’agir par le Saint-Esprit. Quant à cette première conscience, je pourrais demander à n’importe qui ici: «Croyez-vous cela?» — «Oh oui, monsieur!». Vous le croyez ici, mais qu’en est-il de cet homme, là-bas? Il est celui qui fait marcher le bateau. Pas l’homme au poste de commandement, c’est l’homme à la salle des machines.
| E-40 Now, okay? No man seeks God at any time; God seeks man. Never did a man seek God in all the world, God's seeking man. When man first fell in the garden of Eden, it showed the strain of man. Man hid; God was hunting man. Jesus said, "No man can come to Me except My Father draws him." He has to be drawn of the Father first.
And then, I would like to explain something to you. Seeing a vision... How many people in here ever dreamed a dream, let's see your hands. Why, I guess two thirds of you. There is true that many people doesn't dream. That's your subconscious; we're taught. Here's your first conscience; here's your subconscious. Now, this subconscious is what I'm trying, by--with the Holy Spirit, to work on. This first conscience... I might ask this man here, or any man along here some of them, "Do you believe?" "Oh, yes sir." You believe it here, but what about this man down here? He's the one that runs the ship, not the man up in the powerhouse; it's the man in the engine room.

E-41 Quelquefois, quand vous allez dormir, vous pénétrez dans ce subconscient et vous rêvez. Et vous rêvez de choses que vous avez faites quand vous étiez ici. Puis, quand vous vous réveillez, vous vous souvenez des choses dont vous avez rêvé. Vous qui avez fait des rêves il y a plusieurs années: lorsque vous les avez rêvés, vous en souvenez-vous encore? Eh bien, il y avait une partie de vous quelque part, n’est-ce pas? Sans cela, vous ne vous en souviendriez pas. C’est quelque chose que vous avez rêvé il y a bon nombre d’années.
Quand l’homme dort profondément, son subconscient est lointain. Il ne le voit jamais. Mais pour un voyant, son subconscient n’est pas lointain, ni ici: il est là. Il ne va pas dormir. Il a les yeux ouverts et il voit. Dieu donne à cet homme un lieu où il peut dormir profondément et ne pas rêver. Dieu donna à l’homme la manière de rêver. Si je disais: «Faites un rêve!», vous ne pourriez le faire.
| E-41 Sometimes when you go to sleep, you go into this subconscious and you dream. And you dream of things you did when you were here. Then when you wake up, you remember things that you dreamed. You people that dream dreams, many years ago you dreamed them; you still remember. Well, there was some part of you somewhere (Isn't that right?), or you wouldn't remember it. Something that you dreamed many years ago...
Now, the man who sleeps sound, his subconscious is way back, (See?) it never get to him. But a seer, his subconscious is not back there, neither is it here; it's right here. He doesn't go to sleep; he's got his eyes open, and he just sees. Now, that... God give that man a place where he could sleep sound and not dream; God gave man the way to dream dreams. I'd say, "Dream me a dream." You couldn't do it.

E-42 Alors, Dieu place dans l’église des apôtres, des prophètes, des dons de guérison, n’est-ce pas vrai? Ils sont tous pour le perfectionnement de l’église.
Paul dit: «S’ils viennent et que tous vous parliez en langues et qu’un incrédule entre, ne dira-t-il pas que vous êtes tous fous? Mais si quelqu’un prophétise et révèle les secrets du coeur, ne tomberont-ils pas sur leur face, disant: vraiment, Dieu est avec vous!»? Est-ce vrai? Est-ce cela, l’Evangile? Ce qu’était Jésus-Christ hier, ne l’est-Il pas aujourd’hui? Vous pouvez croire en Lui lors des parlers en langues. Vous pouvez croire en Lui par le Saint-Esprit. Mais moi, je crois en Lui dans la pleine mesure. C’est le même Seigneur Jésus. Il n’est pas mort. Il ressuscita d’entre les morts et Il est ici ce soir, ici sur l’estrade, maintenant. Et puisse-t-Il nous venir en aide et nous bénir!
| E-42 And then God puts in the Church some, apostles, prophets, gifts of healing. Is that right? They're all for the perfecting of the Church. Paul said, "If there come... If you all speak with tongues and the unlearned comes in, won't he say you're all mad? But if one prophesies and reveals the secrets of the heart, won't they fall down and say truly God is with you?" Is that right? Is that the Gospel? Well, isn't that Jesus Christ yesterday? Isn't He today? You can believe Him by speaking with tongues; you can believe by the Holy Spirit; but I believe Him in the full measure that He is, the same Lord Jesus. He's not dead; He rose from the dead and's here tonight, here at the platform now. And may He bless and help.

E-44 Maintenant, voici cette dame debout ici. Dieu dans le Ciel, Dieu sait que je ne l’ai jamais vue de ma vie, que je sache. Sommes-nous étrangers l’un à l’autre, madame? Nous sommes parfaitement inconnus. Mais Dieu la connaît. Si Jésus est le même hier, aujourd’hui et éternellement… changeons de tableau et voyons ce qu’Il était hier lorsqu’Il cherchait à découvrir quelque chose concernant une femme. Il lui dit: “Apporte-moi à boire”. Elle répondit: “Pourquoi? Ce n’est pas l’usage que cela arrive entre Juifs et Samaritains…”. Mais Jésus, lui parlant quelques instants, trouva quelle était sa peine. Est-ce vrai? Si Jésus est ressuscité des morts et qu’Il habite en nous ce soir: “Encore un peu de temps et le monde ne Me verra plus, cependant vous Me verrez, parce que Je (Je, pronom personnel) serai avec vous, et même en vous, jusqu’à la fin du monde”. C’est la vérité de l’Evangile. Vous pouvez ne pas l’avoir lu ou pensé de cette façon, mais c’est de cette manière que c’est écrit dans la Bible. Votre théologie peut avoir dévié quelque part, mais c’est de cette manière que c’est écrit dans la Bible. “Je serai avec vous, et même en vous, jusqu’à la fin du monde”.
| E-44 Now, this lady standing here, God in heaven knows I never seen her in my life as I know of. Are we strangers, lady? We are perfect strangers. But God knows her.
Now, if Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, let's change the picture now. What He was yesterday when He was going to find out something about a woman, He said, "Bring Me a drink."
She said, "Why, it's not customary for this to happen, Jews and so forth, with the Samaritans."
But Jesus, speaking to her a little while, He found just where her trouble was. Is that right? Well now, Jesus has risen from the dead, now, is living in us tonight. "A little while, the world sees Me no more, yet you shall see Me, for I ('I's a personal pronoun.), I will be with you, even in you to the end of the world." Now, that's the Gospel truth. You might not have read it that way, or thought of it that way, but that's the way it's written in the Bible. That's... Your theology might've bypassed it somewhere, but that's the way it's written in the Bible: "I will be with you, even in you to the end of the world."

And I'm here perhaps with critics setting here. How many of you ever seen His picture, knowed of my meetings and seen where the scientific taken His picture of a great Light. It comes in; you can watch it. Yes, many of you. It's, oh, thousands of copies of it's been sold and so forth. The Douglas Studios in Houston Texas has it where George J. Lacy, the--one of the best in the research in America, taken it, and examined it and everything to see it wasn't double exposure or something. And Jesus Christ a vindicated Himself as being the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Si c’est un bon médecin, il diagnostiquera le cas jusqu’à ce qu’il découvre quelle est votre maladie; ensuite il commencera, à partir de là, à travailler.

Now, in the prayer line, you that's coming, watch, be... If He rebukes you, you must... If it's... It'll be the truth. If it is, you must be willing to stand it. In the audience anywhere, if He says, you must know it's not me; it's Him. And go make it right.
The first thing you can do, before you can find a cure, you got to find the cause before you can find the cure. If you go to a doctor sick and upset and he gives you an aspirin, he's not a good doctor; he's trying to get rid of you. If he's a good doctor he will diagnose the case till he finds the trouble and then start working from there.

E-48 C’est la même chose que nous devons faire ici. S’il y a un mauvais esprit, s’il y a un péché inavoué, ou quoi que ce soit, si quelque chose n’est pas dans la volonté de Dieu, vous pourriez les oindre durant toute la nuit et pleurer et crier tout ce que vous voudrez, ce démon restera là. And you--it was a car wreck, and you were thrown in the air, like that. And it strained in, somewhere in your neck, and has caused a--a cancer to come into your neck... And you're some sort of a teach in the Scripture. And you believe that Jesus Christ makes you well?
Father God, in the Name of Thy Son Jesus Christ, on the authority of God's Word, by a dying woman, I ask this evil thing to leave her.
Satan, you are exposed. So come out of the woman as the Church of the living God calls for you to leave in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

And you have a stomach trouble also, a severe heart trouble that cause you fainting. Here a few days ago you was setting sideways on the side of a bed and nearly passed out, looking towards your window. Are those things the truth? That... All true. Well, whatever it was, 'course it's gone from you.

You've come from a--a state that has mountains; it's Pennsylvania. And your city, I believe it's Chambersburg, or so... Isn't that right? Bring the child to me.

Now, that same Spirit that was on that Son of God, He promised to send It back in the form of the Holy Ghost that would be with us and dwell with us to the end of the world. You believe it? And He can know your troubles now, can't He? You got heart trouble. Is that right?
Every person with heart trouble stand to your feet. You can be healed right now, no matter what it is, with a heart trouble.

And I now rebuke this demon power that's holding these people with heart trouble. May it come out of every one of them in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Croyez-vous que je suis Son prophète? La raison pour laquelle je dis cela est que l’Ange du Seigneur m’a dit d’obtenir que les gens me croient. «Et s’ils ne te croient pas, alors tu sauras les secrets de leur coeur, et alors, ils devront te croire».
Mais vous me croyez. Et en plus, la raison pour laquelle vous me croyez, c’est que vous êtes vous-même un prédicateur de l’Evangile. Et vous êtes ici pour une bonne cause. Vous n’êtes pas malade. Vous avez un besoin: vous désirez un réveil à l’ancienne mode dans votre communauté. Chacun de nous désire cela. Levons-nous tous pour un réveil à l’ancienne mode!
Dieu Tout-Puissant qui créa les cieux et la terre, je demande maintenant que dans cette salle, toute puissance du démon soit brisée. Que la puissance de Jésus-Christ soit rendue manifeste! Seigneur, nous ne sommes pas vaincus. Satan, je t’adjure, au Nom du Seigneur Jésus-Christ, de sortir de ces gens!

| E-65 How do you do, sir? All right, us being strangers one to another, but the Lord Jesus knows us both. Is that right? If God in heaven Who created the heavens and the earth, dwells in Jesus Christ, promised to return again in us, and what He done, we'd do also. Do you believe me to be His prophet? The reason I say that, the Angel of the Lord told me, "Get the people to believe you. And if they won't believe you, then you'll know the very secrets of the heart, and they'll have to believe it then."
But you do believe me. And besides, the reason that you do believe me, you are a minister of the Gospel yourself. And you're here for a good cause. You're not sick. You're in need, and you want an old fashion revival to break in your community. That's what you're praying for. Every one of us wants that. Let's all stand for an old fashion revival.
Almighty God, Who created the heavens and earth, I ask now that every demon power in this building will be broke, the power of Jesus Christ be made manifest. Lord, weak, but we're are not defeated...
Satan, I adjure thee in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, come out of the people.
