E-1 Ceci est l'un des plus grands moments de ma vie. J'ai attendu ce moment-ci depuis quinze années. Mon coeur a ardemment désiré vous voir de nouveau, depuis que je vous avais quittés. J'ai beaucoup prié pour pouvoir revenir.
Et il y a quelques semaines, j'étais dans une grande attente, croyant que je pouvais venir tenir une série de réunions. Mais quand j'ai eu le visa, 'limité', j'ai failli avoir une crise cardiaque. Ah! Je tenais vraiment à venir. Mais je crois que grâce à Dieu je prêcherai de nouveau au Nom du Seigneur Jésus parmi les Africains [Frère Branham ravale un sanglot - N.D.E.] Dieu a promis de nous donner le désir de notre coeur. Et c'est ça l'un des désirs de mon coeur.
Je peux me rappeler les grandes réunions ici à Johannesburg. Je me rappelle le garçon à la jambe courte qui était redevenue longue, normale; et la dame que... la petite fille qui avait été guérie d'un mal de dos et sa mère s'était évanouie et était tombée à la renverse sur la - la civière. [L'interprète dit: " C'est une cousine à mon épouse. " - N.D.E.] Une cou... à votre épouse? Oh! la la.
| E-1 This is one of the highest moments of my life. I have waited fifteen years for this time. My heart has longed to see you again, ever since I left you. I have prayed very much to get to come back.
And a few weeks ago, I was under great anticipations, believing that I would get to come and have a meeting. But when I got the visa, "restricted," I almost had a heart attack. Ha. I wanted to come so bad. But I do believe that through God I will minister again in the Name of the Lord Jesus among the people of Africa. God has promised to give us the desire of our heart. And that's one of the desires of my heart.
I can remember the great meetings here in Johannesburg.
I remember the boy with the short leg coming long again, normal.
And the lady that--the little girl was healed from a back condition and her mother fainted and fell back in the--the cot. [The translator says, "That's my wife's cousin"--Ed.] Your wife...? Oh my!
There's so many great things. No doubt, there is many of those people attended those meetings are with the Lord now. I have gotten old too since then. It won't be too long till my time to go up. Then we will be together forever. No visas. Ha Ha.
I--I would feel like bringing the Message. Ha Ha. But it is written in the Scripture, "Give unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God, the things that are God's." I am expecting to meet you here in a few moments, shake your hand, and have fellowship again together. I appreciate all these fine man. I wish I had all my brethren in Africa here today of all the denominations. That we could just get together and talk all evening. And I would like to hear what the Lord's been doing over here for you. And I would like to tell you what He's doing for us across the sea. Maybe he will permit that some day. Until that day, I will be praying for you. Will you be praying for me? God bless you.

E-2 Il y a beaucoup de grandes choses. Sans doute que beaucoup de ceux qui avaient assisté à ces réunions sont avec le Seigneur maintenant. Moi aussi, j'ai vieilli depuis lors. Dans très peu de temps, ce sera aussi mon tour d'aller là-haut. Alors nous serons ensemble pour toujours. Plus besoin de visas. Ha ha ha!
Je - j'ai envie d'apporter le Message. Ha ha ha! Mais il est écrit dans les Écritures: "Rendez à César ce qui est à César, et à Dieu, ce qui est à Dieu." Je m'attends à vous rencontrer ici, dans quelques instants, vous serrer la main, et communier encore avec vous. J'apprécie tous ces braves hommes. J'aurais souhaité avoir tous mes frères d'Afrique ici aujourd'hui, de toutes les dénominations, afin que nous puissions nous rassembler et parler toute la soirée. Et j'aimerais entendre ce que le Seigneur fait par ici pour vous. Et j'aimerais vous dire ce qu'il fait pour nous de l'autre côté de la mer. Peut-être qu'Il permettra cela un jour. En attendant, je prierai pour vous. Allez-vous prier pour moi? Dieu vous bénisse.
